What is the best form of exercise for you?
Ideally our exercise regime has all the elements required for a healthy, strong body, which includes strength, mobility, flexibility and some form of cardiovascular training, As we age, it is important to look at balance training also (as important as having strong bones, if not more so!) and many of us benefit from mind/body type exercise, to reduce stress and promote wellbeing.
